Pastry Chef Jorg of Saugus helped design this dress for a chocolate fashion show at the New York Chocolate Show. He collaborated with wild-child fashion designers Richie Rich and Traver Rains of Heatherette to make this gown decorated with white chocolate and neon food coloring appliques.
